Fontys 교환학생 Application 자료!

애타게 기다리던 application form이 Fontys로 부터 도착했다.

앞으로 1주일 안에 apply 할 수 있도록 만반의 준비를 하자!!!^^

:: 필요서류::

- The duly completed and signed Enrolment form 2010-2011

  (don’t forget your signature!)

-  A recent passport photo (with name written on the back)

-  Copy of your passport

- Learning Agreement

- Accommodation form

:: 보험관련::

Situation 3: You are from a non EU/EEA country and you are here for study only.

A proper insurance is not only a requirement of Fontys’, it’s also a condition to receive your residence permit.

Premium:
IPS Primary arranged by yourself via Leonet:             € 32,50  per month. 
IPS Primary arranged by Fontys:                                € 36,50  per month

ICS Complete (AON)                                                    € 38,-     per month.

If your health insurance at home covers for the costs of medical treatment in the Netherlands,

 the IPS Secondary (€ 22,-)or the ICS (AON) Basis Plus (€ 25,-) suffices.
